He will be taking over the rains from founder Mario Dimovski, who will move across to the USA to focus on the groups North American operation.
Steve Hardy, brings over forty one years of Automotive experience, thirty three years in Management including fifteen years in Automotive Plastics Repairs. He has managed high profile Auto Plastic Repair Companies such as Fallshaw Body Supplies & Everlast Automotive driving innovation in the Automotive Plastics Repair Industry in Australia in the 90’s. In the following years, Steve has spent much of his later career managing high impact collision shops across the Australian market.
His new position at Plastfix will focus on working exclusively with Plastfix key clients and leading Australian MSO, AMA Group and Capital Smart, managing growth, expansion of services, working with local OEM’s and maintaining the great culture Plastfix has developed, boasting over 90% staff retention rate.
