Mario Dimovski steps down – Plastfix CEO

After 7 years driving Plastfix and re-shaping plastic repairs in the automotive collision industry, Mario Dimovski has stepped down as CEO from the business he founded 7 years ago and built into the industry’s leading innovator.

Plastfix who is an exclusive provider of plastic repair services to Capital SMART and AMA in Australia and New Zealand leading MSO’s, is set to progressively grow as the industry comes out of Covid and focus is directed at sustainability of plastic waste. The growth journey will continue under the guidance of the current leadership team including former 3M Director Gordon McRonald, and Industry Advocate Greg Preston, supported by senior managers such as Paul Siacola, John Morrissey, and Kane Everleigh who have helped shape the business and maintain its high standard of service since its inception.
Mario Dimovski said:

“It’s been a pleasure working with such amazing people to create an industry leading brand and build a base of likeminded employees who are the key reason for the ongoing success the Plastfix business achieves. I would like to thank the extended Plastfix family for their loyalty and dedication. I look forward to watching the business grow and further innovate under the management team. A special thanks to our customers, SMART and AMA for the ongoing support and I look forward to watching the new and exciting developments they have planned. I must also thank the local collision industry, who have been the inspiration behind my drive and thrive to advance sustainability and plastic repairs in the collision repair market.
As for me, now I will take some time off to spend with my family as we relocate to the USA and prepare for my new and exciting journey later in the year. Meanwhile, I will be helping commercialize Wellm8, working with IBIS as their Global Ambassador to help raise awareness on becoming more open to dealing with mental health and well-being.. Thank you everyone who has been part of the Plastfix journey, it’s been a blast,” concluded Mr.

We look forward to seeing what new ventures and projects Mario takes part in the future in North America, though we are sure it will be nothing short of spectacular. Good luck and all the best.
